Chef Shinia established Plenti Pastas Plus More Catering in Detroit, MI in 2017 as a first-generation college graduate and business owner. Plenti Pastas specialize in Corporate and Special Event Catering, Personable Private Chef Experiences, & Food Truck Services. Each service includes personalized menu options featuring the greatest selection of pastas dishes plus MORE! All food items are prepared with locally sourced fresh ingredients and our signature low-sodium seasoning blends that gives each dish a taste you won't find anywhere else.
